Basic knowledge on IT support troubleshooting.
Some Experience in first line support.
Has a love for PC games.
Familiarity with networking technology.
Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, databases, software engineering and wireless technologies.
Good customer service, Analytical thinking and Problem solving skills.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
English speaking (Afrikaans will be an advantage)
Own transport and must be willing to work shifts
Training will be provided.
Must be available to start immediately.
